I understand that, during the embroidery or printing processes, an item may be damaged by the computer driven machines, and that if I supply the item and there is a mechanical problem, Bella Boutique is not responsible and will not replace my provided item. Problems do not arise often; however, I, as the customer am aware of the possibility and agree to the requested work being completed. In addition, my signature confirms my order is complete and that any changes to design, quantity, ect. may cause a delay in my order. There are no refunds on custom orders.
