Simulation Annual Meeting Attendance Scholarship Nomination Form 2026

The SAEM Simulation Academy is again offering an attendance scholarship to a resident or fellow with a demonstrated interest in Simulation, for the purpose of attending simulation-related activities at the SAEM26 Annual Meeting from May 18-21, 2026.

The awardee would be expected to attend and participate in the following activities: (dates will be added once confirmed)

Simulation Academy Sponsored Didactics/Workshops
SimWars (Encouraged to assist and attend)
Simulation Academy Meeting

This nomination form may be (1) a self-nomination by the nominee, in which a brief personal statement with examples of simulation related activities and career goals should be provided; or (2) a faculty nomination with a brief statement of how the nominee has demonstrated an interest in simulation either as a current or future fellow; both parties may submit for the same nominee if desired. In both cases, a faculty member or program director should be able to attest that the nominee will be excused from clinical duties to attend SAEM from May 18-21, 2026.
