I, the Releasor, permit Steam Engines Learning Co, the Releasee, to use the following photograph(s) of a minor in my care for official professional use in some or all of the following capacities.

I am a legal guardian of the photographed child.

I understand that neither my child nor family are entitled to any compensation or royalties respective to the use of the attached photograph.

I understand that I may revoke this permission at any time by notifying the Releasee in writing, and that the revocation will not affect any actions taken before receipt of this notification.

Both the Releasor and Releasee understand and agree to the terms outlined above.
