Harvest Moon's 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat

Please fill out the form carefully to register to set up a Trunk for this event. Event will take place on both Friday & Saturday October 2nd & 3rd rain or shine. Set up will be from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday Night and 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm Saturday for registered organizations, businesses, individuals, families and groups to park and decorate vehicles. Entry for the event participants will be at 6 pm on Friday and 4:30 pm on Saturday. Trunk or Treating will take place from 6pm to 7pm before the show on Friday October 2nd. Trunk or Treating will take place from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm on Saturday. You are welcome to bring kids to participate in the trick or treating and your parking space will also be yours to watch the movie combo if you choose to stay for the movies on either screen. You may bring pop up canopies in the event of rain, as long as it is not windy and they do not block anyone's view of the screen once the shows are on. If it is windy, we cannot allow canopies as they tend to fly away and can damage other cars and injure people. We are expecting 100-200 kids on Friday & 300-500 kids on Saturday. You are welcome to sign up for Friday, Saturday or Both Nights of the events if you wish! Thank you for helping us make this fun event happen!
Please fill out information for your family, group, business or organization. We need to know what vehicle you plan to bring(how big it is for parking), how many people you plan to have in the vehicle, a logo/image for advertisement at the event(if you want to do it as a business or group), and contact information. We ask that you bring candy or giveaway goodies for up to 200 kids on Friday & 300-500 kids on Saturday. We are accepting up to 80 cars(40 per screen) with a minimum of 20-40 per night. We have room for up to 40 vehicles with a screen view on screen 1(Nightmare Before Christmas & Beetlejuice) and 40 on screen 2(Practical Magic 1 & 2). If you do NOT plan to stay for the shows, you may pack up and leave after 7pm on Friday & 6:30pm on Saturday. Your admission for the movie combo of your choice is free & we're gifting each car a family five pack of tickets valued a $50 for participating(we will be giving these out at the Ticket Booth when checking you in on Friday or Saturday). Please make sure to let us know which night you wish to set up for or both nights. Thank you and we look forward to another fun event weekend to kick off October at the drive-in!

We will be accepting 20-40 decorated vehicles per screen maximum per night. Please make sure you have specified whether you plan to stay to watch the movie or if you plan to leave after the Trunk or Treat portion so we know where to park you for the event.
