Masters & Pre-Masters Swim Registration Form

At this time, Masters and Pre-Masters workouts are included in your membership.

If you are not a member, you are still welcome to join in these workouts for a $10 fee per class.

Vashon Golf and Country Club General Swim Policies:

Welcome to the Rockfins! This includes our Pre-Masters and Masters swim programs. These workouts are for experienced swimmers only. 

• For Pre-Masters, swimmers should be familiar with basic swim strokes. Instructors will work on stroke refinement and building endurance.

For any swimmers who need more instruction, please consider joining one of our Learn to Swim Better workshop series designed for adult swimmers (our next 3-week workshop will take place on Saturdays 9:30-10:15am November 8th-22nd). Email or call the office to sign up.

• For Masters, workouts are designed to accommodate different levels of experience and endurance, but swimmers should be experienced with strokes and comfortable swimming laps.

All exercises and use of all facilities shall be undertaken at your own risk. VIGCC shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action whatsoever to person or property arising out of acts or passive negligence on the part of the VIGCC, its servants, agents, or employees.
