    SODL charges a flat fee of $3,000, paid at closing.

    Need your listing live faster? We can expedite the process so your home goes live within 4 business days of receiving your documents for an additional $250 (total $3,250, still paid at closing).

    If you choose to cancel your listing, or if it expires and is not relisted with SODL, a $1,500 cancellation fee applies. If you later decide to relist with SODL and have already paid this fee, the $1,500 will be fully credited toward your listing fee at closing. This helps cover the upfront work already completed.

  • Closing services: You’re welcome to choose how you’d like to handle closing. You can work with an attorney, hire your own title company, or let your SODL agent set everything up for you.

    If you’d like us to handle it, we partner with The Title Group. SODL receives no referral fees or compensation for using them — we simply like their service and convenient Twin Cities locations.
