FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I am requiring a 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 cancellation fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. A no call no show will require the same before a new appointment can be made. However, if you are sick please don't hesitate to cancel, I don't want to get sick or get other clients sick. The fee doesn't apply to sickness.
PLEASE COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT SOLO: Due to limited space in my suite and that I am working with chemicals, sharp and hot tools, please arrive to your appointment without any kids or extra people. I love to provide a safe and relaxing enviornemnt, focused on you, so that you can relax and have some much deserved pampering.
SERVICE REDO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. If we achieved the goal that we came to in our consultation but you are having a change of heart please let me know and we can come up with a new game plan, we will also discuss if there will be an additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase, as long as its half way full.
