  • We've got a new way to participate in Girl Scouts!

    Girls join a 6 Session Girl Scout Club that is led by paid staff. Families do not need to volunteer. All of this is available for a one time payment.

    Register for the Girl Scout Club series location/dates you prefer by filling the form below, specify the expected number of girls you are registering for the series. Please email us at customercare@gssgc.org if you have a need for a club that isn't available. 

    Being a Girl Scout allows kids to be part of something bigger than themselves. It means they're part of a movement working toward a more fair, equal, and compassionate world where everyone can make their dreams come true.

    Girls will receive a free Girl Scout membership ($45 value) with registration for their first club of the membership year. Membership allows them access to all Girl Scouts has to offer both in and outside of the club as well as additional activities, and badgework.

          • If you are using credit card to make your payment, simply select none to proceed to checkout.

          • I would like to use the following as payment option to cover the registration fee:
          • Payment of the amount due (deposit for more expensive events) must be paid in full upon registration or your registration will be canceled with the following exceptions:

            • The person registering will receive a reminder via email and phone prior to cancelation (if voicemail is not set-up we will try to call you twice then cancel the registration).
            • If you are using cookie/nutty dough that does not cover the entire deposit due an invoice will be emailed to the person registering stating the balance due; the remaining deposit owed will need to paid within 5 business days of invoice.  This statement typically goes out within 10 business days of registration date.
            • If you are paying using check, cash, or money order please pay within 5 business days of registration. 
            • If you are using credit card please pay through the registration site at the time of payment.
          • Nutty/Cookie Dough & Adventure Credits

          • If a girl is utilizing her Nutty/Cookie Dough to pay for the registration of anyone other than herself, a letter authorizing the donation must be submitted by the girl to whom it belongs
          • PLEASE BE ADVISED: These payments are applied AFTER event registration is complete (your final balance will not show banked cookie dough payments.) Edit the balance due less the amount credit/dough is to cover to complete this registration. Once the approved Banked dough payment is applied you will receive an email receipt reflecting your balance due.

            ->Please note ALL payment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

            ->There will be no opportunity to make up for any missed activities*.

            ->Program length is limited to 6 meetings from the date of the scheduled first meeting.

            *Missed club meetings are not refundable or made up. Materials equivalent to the missed meeting will be available and ensure that the program goals are achievable outside of the staff-led meeting. This program does not schedule any make up meetings. If the dates and times of the meetings no longer work for your family every effort will be made to find another staff-led club that will work.
