Each of the USSSA Creative staff is trained to highlight the best of your Worlds experience. Styles slightly vary between photographers, however, as a studio, we aim to deliver clean, dramatic shots similar in style to those featured on USSSA Slowpitch album recaps. 

Delivery Timeline:  We professionally edit our galleries! The final product will be delivered within two weeks from the date of the shoot and will be provided electronically via a secure download link or email.

Coverage Options

We've got three different coverage options for you to select between in the checkout below!

$40 – On-field action PERSONAL photographer! This reserves time with one of our Pros for up to 15 minutes of coverage or 1 inning, whichever comes first. 

* 10-20 edited images*

$150 – On-field action COMBO photographer! This reserves time with one of our Pros for a half game! Up to 45 minutes of coverage or 3 innings, whichever comes first. The coverage is your choice, grab this extended coverage solo or as a mini team album, or a a feature of whoever is splitting the package with you. Let us know who you want covered in the form below.  Shot counts per player vary by game play. 

* 70-100 edited images*

$300 – On-field action TEAM photographer! This reserves time with one of our Pros for up to 1.5 hours or one Full Game of coverage, whichever comes first. Coverage of the entire team, shots per player vary based on game play. 

*200-300 edited images*

Booking Details:

*Photographer will meet you at your assigned field!

* For Team coverage, our photographers are trained to make the most out of their time with you! They will be taking breaks throughout the game to cool down and review their work. This ensures that they are getting the very best shots of the entire team. Don't worry, this will not effect the quantity of shots delivered!

* Rain or Shine coverage! If rain occurs without the lightning alarm, our staff will do their best to shoot from the dugouts until it is either unsafe for the photographer or our equipment to do so. So long as the photographer can still guarantee the minimum shots, bad weather will not constitute a refund or rebooking. 

* If the weather changes the grid beyond a standard delay, we will do our best to reschedule your booking window to the bracket’s rescheduled game. If the games are cancelled, you can reach out for a refund.

* If, for any reason, our team is unable to cover your game, we will first attempt to reschedule. If scheduling does not permit an alternative game, we will refund the session booking.
