If you are on a direct plan then you will still need to ensure all payments are made as per the agreement.

For any remaining balances this must be paid, and term paid in full, no matter when withdrawing as per billing agreement.
Terms and Conditions
- There will be no refunds for the cheerleading package. They will still recieve t-shirt, training gear etc after withrdrawl from team.
- A minimum term notice is required, or notice before the commnecment of the new term.
- There is no penalty for cancelling however outstanding fees owing must be paid prior to the athletes last day.
- If your withdrawal also includes a competition withdrawal, we may only provide a refund or remove the competition charge if we are notified before the final competition date, as outlined in the competition billing emails. Notifications after this date will not be eligible for a refund, and the charge will stand.
- Cancellation will only be accepted via this form and not by phone or email.
