SupportNow exists to make it easy for families to rally support during major life events, while keeping our platform safe, secure, and trustworthy. Misuse of SupportNow is uncommon, but if someone creates a support registry with the intent to mislead, our team acts quickly.
If you believe a registry should be reviewed, please report it to us. If you’ve donated, our Trust & Safety team will carefully evaluate your refund request. We will not share the name of the person making a report with the organizer or beneficiary unless required by law or if safety concerns demand it.
Please note: we only remove registries that clearly violate our Terms of Service or involve proven misuse of funds. Personal disagreements (such as custody disputes or family conflicts) that don’t violate our Terms of Service will not result in removal.
