2. Pickup and Return
Pickup:
 All rental items will be available for pickup 48 hours before the event date, unless otherwise specified in writing by TheBlessed Rosie's LLC.
 The Client is responsible for arranging transportation of items from the Provider’s location.
Return:
All rental items must be returned within 48 hours after the event in their original condition, unless otherwise agreed in writing by TheBlessed Rosie's LLC.
            Late Returns:
 Late returns will incur an additional fee of $10 per day, beginning the day after the scheduled return date.
Failure to Return:
 If items are not returned within 7 days, the Client will be charged the full replacement cost of each item, in addition to any accumulated late fees.
            3. Liability
            All decor materials supplied by TheBlessed Rosie's LLC remain the property of the Provider.
 The Client must ensure that all items are returned or made available for pickup in their original condition.
 The Client will be held financially responsible for any damages or losses to the rental items. If any rental items are lost, stolen, or completely damaged, the Client will be charged a replacement fee ranging from $50 to $1,000 per item, depending on the item’s value that will be determine at the Provider’s discretion.
Partial damage may result in a repair fee or partial replacement charge, at the Provider’s discretion.
            It is a breach of this agreement for the Client to sub-rent or transfer TheBlessed Rosie's LLC rental items to any third party.
            4. Client Cancellations
            More than 7 Days Prior:
 If cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the pickup date, and the full payment has been made, the Client will receive a 70% refund of the total rental amount.
Within 7 Days of the Pickup Date:
 If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the pickup date, no refunds will be issued.
            5. Governing Law
            This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
            6. Entire Agreement
            This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, discussions, or agreements.
