• CHAPTER OFFICER ROSTER UPDATE

  • INSTRUCTIONS: Please list the name and email addresses for those who will be filling the officer roles applicible to your chapter. Staff from the National Office will reach out to confirm that your roster has been updated in our database. If you have any questions, please contact chapters@phikappaphi.org. 

    NOTE: Chapters are not required to fill all officer roles and we recognize that many chapters have one person serving multiple positions.

    • Chapter Information 
    • Chapter Contact Information 
    • Instructions: Enter the name and email address of the officer who will serve as the chapter contact. The chapter contact is listed on the find a chapter page of the PKP website.

    • Chapter Delegate Information 
    • Instructions: Enter the name and email address of your chapter delegate. 

      NOTE: The chapter delegate must be able and willing to vote at some point between August 1-14, 2026. They must also be an active member at the time of the vote.

    • Officer Roster 
    • Instructions: Enter the name, email address, and choose role(s) for each officer on your board. If your boad has an officer role not not listed below, please choose "Member at Large." Click the "+Add Officer" button to add officers.

      Note: In order for to your chapter to be financially compliant, at least one of the following offices must be filled at all times: President, President-Elect, Treasurer, or Secretary.
