Terms and Conditions
Invoicing Terms:
1. Invoices will be processed on the ship date.
2. Shipping fees will be applied to all invoices shipped under our shipping account.
3. Sales tax will be applied to all invoices unless a properly completed Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption (form 3372) or a related signed multi-state form is received.
Payment Terms:
1. Payment is due within the terms listed on the invoice.
2. No discounts are given for early payment.
3. A finance charge of 1.5% (18% annually) will be applied to all past due invoices.
4. A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit/debit card payments.
5. Returned (NSF) checks will incur the maximum fee permitted by law.
Claims and Returns:
1. All claims or discrepancies must be reported to Perrin Sportswear within 30 days of the invoice date. After this period, the invoice will be considered accurate and final.
2. Merchandise returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
By signing below, the applicant agrees to the terms and conditions stated above and certifies that the information provided is accurate. If credit terms are requested, the applicant authorizes the release of credit and financial information to establish a credit account. The company agrees to pay all invoices according to the established terms (typically Net 30, unless otherwise stated). In the event of non-payment, the customer agrees to pay all collection costs, including agency and attorney fees incurred by Perrin Sportswear.
