If you are applying for the three or two year option in EM, please note that is a rigorous and demanding initiation experience that requires a strong willingness to participate as fully as possible in both the online and in-person elements. This requires, but is not limited to: attending at least 7 out of the 9 online workshop classes connected to your chosen pathways; completing individual and group homework assignments in between online classes; working on and creatively delivering a presentation at the end of each in-person intensive; committing to actively engaging in 4 or 6 in-person intensives with an attitude of curiosity to different cultures and an openness to personal transformation. The style of teaching and learning in this training is a hybrid model. This program may be a suitable fit for those who are inspired by both the shamanic nature of learning which is delivered through transmission in the in-person intensives, in addition to the contemporary, academic component pertaining to the online modules and workshops.
