By uploading your photo(s), you acknowledge that you are the rightful owner of the photo. 

Please do not upload more than three photos. 

You acknowledge that not every uploaded photo will be used in the calendar. I will try to accommodate as many photos as possible but there's only twelve months in a year. 

By uploading your photo, you are giving ALL THESE CATS FEED + RESCUE permission to publish your cat in a fundraising calendar. You retain the copyright of the photo. 

You are under no obligation to purchase a fundraising calendar even if your cat is featured in the calendar. We hope you'll support us but it's not required. 

I hereby grant the releasee permission to use photographs in any of the following:

I hereby affirm that such release to the releasee does not constitute any form of compensation, including royalties arising from the photographs, to my benefit. 

I hereby waive my right to inspect or approve the photographs prior to publication.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge ALL THESE CATS FEED AND RESCUE from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

Once the calendar is edited to purrfection, ALL THESE CATS FEED AND RESCUE will provide you with a link to purchase the calendar. 

Since this is a fundraiser, we hope you'll buy a few for gifts. ☺️
