    Program Description:

This is the second installment in a three-part series designed to guide litigators through the full lifecycle of expert involvement in IP cases—from discovery to deposition to trial.  Phase Two: Expert Discovery dives into three areas. First, we will delve into the process of creating expert reports.  Through this, you will understand the legal requirements behind expert reports, why expert reports are important, and your role in this process. Second, we discuss expert depositions and review how to effectively prepare, and defend your expert, and take the deposition of the opposing expert. Third, we will review how your expert can assist you in the settlement process.

Our moderator and panelists comprise both experts and attorneys, and they will use real-world examples and practical guidance to help attorneys navigate expert discovery better.   Don’t miss this Phase Two.
