    🔹 Payment & Fees
    Sponsorship fee shall be paid by the Sponsor in the amount corresponding to the selected sponsorship tier.
    Accepted payment methods: Credit, Debit, ACH, or Cash.
    Refund Policy: Sponsorship contributions are considered donations and are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation of the Event by the Organizer (see “Event Cancellation”).

    🔹 Sponsor Space Details (If Applicable)
    Sponsors receiving vendor space benefits will be provided with one space per agreement as follows:

    Standard Space: 11x11 empty space (tent, weights, and table not provided).
    22x22 Space (Diamond Sponsor only): Prime location for enhanced visibility.
    Tents: May not exceed 10x10 (unless otherwise noted) and must be weighted with 25 lb. per pole per City of Naples requirements.
    Parking: One standard car-sized parking spot per space, as outlined in the event site map.


    🔹 Rules & Responsibilities
    Sponsors must comply with all City of Naples event regulations, including but not limited to:

    Tents & Anchoring: As required by the City of Naples, tents/canopies must be anchored by 25 lb. ballasts on each pole. Stakes or drilling are prohibited.
    Alcohol & Fire: Sponsors may not sell or distribute alcoholic beverages, use amplified music, fireworks, or open flames unless specifically authorized in writing by the Organizer and permitted by the City.
    Permits & Insurance (if applicable to vendor space use): Sponsors utilizing space must maintain all required permits, insurance, and licenses in compliance with city, county, state, and federal law.

    🔹 Liability
    Indemnification: Sponsor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Operation Return To Base, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from Sponsor’s participation in the Event.
    Responsibility for Damages: Sponsors utilizing event space are financially responsible for any damage to venue property or equipment caused by their activities.

    🔹 Safety & Conduct
    Compliance with Laws: Sponsors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
    Professional Conduct: Sponsor representatives are expected to act in a professional and respectful manner toward event staff, volunteers, attendees, and other sponsors/vendors.

    🔹 Termination & Cancellation
    Right to Remove: Organizer reserves the right to revoke sponsorship benefits or remove any Sponsor representative that violates this Agreement or engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior. No refunds will be issued.
    Event Cancellation: If the Event is canceled by Organizer for reasons within its control, sponsorship contributions will be refunded.
    Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, severe weather, government orders, venue closure, etc.). In such cases, Organizer may refund sponsorship fees in whole or in part at its discretion.
