This agreement is between Sapphire Business Solutions dba The Onyxé (“Company”) and the Responsible Party (“Representative”), who is booking services on behalf of all passengers (“Group”).

By signing this agreement, Representative acknowledges and accepts the following terms:

Group Rules of Conduct

• No Smoking or Illegal Substances– Smoking or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
• No Weapons – Firearms, knives, or any dangerous weapons are not permitted on the bus.
• No Underage Drinking – Alcohol consumption is only permitted for riders 21 years or older. Proof of ID may be required.
• Respect Property – The Group is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by any member of the Group.
• Behavior – Disorderly, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. The driver has full authority to end the trip without refund if safety is compromised.
• Cleanliness – A cleaning fee may be charged if excessive trash, spills, or bodily fluids are left behind. The group is responsbile for cleaning up before ending the trip. 

Liability Waiver

All riders participate at their own risk.

The Company, its owners, drivers, and staff are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during the trip.

The Representative and Group agrees to hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the actions of the Group.

Riders are solely responsible for their own alcoholic beverages and consumption.

If any passenger under 21 is found drinking, the ride will be terminated immediately without refund.

Payment & Responsibility

The Representative is financially responsible for all passengers in the Group.

Any fines, damages, or extra charges resulting from the Group’s actions will be billed directly to the Representative.

Acknowledgment

By signing below, the Representative confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver & Group Agreement on behalf of all passengers in their booking.
