Media Credentials Request - 2025 Florida International Air Show - November 1 & 2

Credentials Policy - Please Read Carefully

• Media Credentials are issued only to working members of the Media on assignment.
• Photo ID and Business Card or Assignment Letter Must Be Presented at Check-In.
• Credentials are non-transferable and must be worn at all times while on site.
• The Florida International Air Show reserves the right to deny or revoke credentials at any time. 

• What is the deadline to apply?
  Applications must be received no later than October 25, 2025.
• Who qualifies for media credentials?
  Working media representing accredited print, broadcast, or digital outlets. Freelancers must provide an assignment letter from an editor.
• What access does a credential provide?    
• Access to designated Air Show grounds, media areas, press tent, and photo pits. Access to restricted or VIP areas requires advance approval. 
• Can I bring guests or family members?
  No. Credentials are for working media only and cannot be transferred or shared.
• Where do I pick up credentials?                         Credentials are available at the Media Check-In Desk located at the Main Entrance. A government-issued photo ID is required.
• Is parking provided?
  Yes. Credentialed media will receive instructions for reserved parking.
• Are there media facilities on site?
  Yes. A media center with Wi-Fi, power, and workspace will be available.
• Can I request interviews with performer         Yes. Submit requests in advance through the Media Coordinator, Steeve Lineberry, media@floridaairshow.com  On-site requests may be arranged as schedules allow.
• Are there restrictions on photography or video?
  Yes. Coverage is limited to editorial purposes only. Commercial use must be approved in writing by the Florida International Air Show. Drones are strictly prohibited.
• Do I need to provide copies of my coverage                                       Yes. Links, clips, or broadcast recordings should be sent to media@floridaairshow.com.
