    Note for Medicaid (ex: TennCare/BlueCare plans): We do not accept any Medicaid plans at this time.

  • Onboarding fee: Before your first session, your care team spends time reviewing everything you've shared, confirming your insurance coverage, and preparing your dietitian so your first appointment is focused entirely on you -- not paperwork. The $100 onboarding fee covers that prep work. It is not billed to insurance and is nonrefundable.*
