2025/26 Seasonal Rental Pick Up Reservations

Please use this form to reserve a pick up of 2025/26 Seasonal Rentals.  

Hours of Operation: 

Thursday/Friday: 4pm-7pm

Saturday/Sunday 9am-5pm

To expedite your pick up, please ensure that you bring with you the seasons pass of all those who are collecting seasons rentals. If you do not yet have a seasons pass, please collect it from Guest Services prior to collecting your rentals.

 Packages include Ski/Snowboard and boots. Ski poles available for rental or purchase for an additional price.

Deadline for Pre-Season purchase Pick Up is November 30th 2025.

HOLIDAY BLACKOUT DATES: Please note that from December 19th to January 5th, as well as February 14th to 16th, all Seasonal Rental collections will be processed as walk ins, and will depend on business volume. Please avoid peak times (before 10:30am, 1:00pm to 3:00pm, 5:00pm to 7:00pm) to avoid disappointment.
