  • Low-Risk Home-Prepared Food Vendors MUST BE REGISTERED AND CONFIRMED WITH AHS BY NO LATER THEN NOVEMBER 1st.

    Food operators can prepare low-risk foods in their home kitchen to sell directly to consumers from home or at special events.The Food Regulation outlines the rules for operating a low-risk home-prepared food business.   • Rules & Regulations

    I wish to particpate in the Legal Craft N' Tradefair and I agree to the following rules and regulations: 1. Event organizer is not responsible for: a.) lost, stolen, or damaged items of vendor b.) injuries incurred during the event howsoever caused including, but not limited to, loading and unloading of displays or of items for sale. 2. Table size is 6 feet long by 3 feet wide. Total space available to each vendor is 6 feet by 6 feet. 3. Legal & District Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to deny a space and return payment to any vendor. 4. Legal & District Chamber of Commerce does not guarantee any vendor exclusivity. However, reasonable efforts will be made to ensure a wide selection of products and services are represented in the Craft N’ Tradefair. 5. No refunds will be issued to any vendor after 1st Friday of November. A $10 administration fee will be retained by Legal & District Chamber of Commerce for all cancelled registrations. 6. Legal & District Chamber of Commerce will charge $40 for all NSF cheques. The replacement funds must be in the form of cash, certified cheque or money order and must include the NSF fees. The vendor may lose the space assigned and be treated as a new vendor. 7. Vendors must be in the Centralta Cultural Centre no later than 9am—Only one trade name business setup PER BOOKING 8. All vendors (tables, displays, products, etc.) must remain set up until 3:30pm. All vendors are to be packed up and have all items removed by 5pm. 9. NO HOME BAKED GOODS, without Alberta Heath Services approval and carrying a Food Handling Permit. Anyone wishing to sell home baked goods and hold a AHS Permit MUST register for this event no later than the 1st Friday of November. Home baked goods included but not limited to; pickles, jams, cookies, cakes, pies, assorted treats, popcorn or chocolates.
