Tables will be reserved for 3 business days from the date of registration to allow payment to be received. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the table reservation will be cancelled and the table will be made available to other vendors. EARLY BIRD PRICING: Early Bird registration pricing is available until November 1st. Registrations received under the Early Bird rate will be held for 3 business days to allow payment to be received. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the Early Bird rate will expire and regular pricing will apply.

I wish to participate in the Legal Craft N' Tradefair and I agree to the following rules and regulations: 1. Event organizer is not responsible for: a.) lost, stolen, or damaged items of vendor b.) injuries incurred during the event howsoever caused including, but not limited to, loading and unloading of displays or of items for sale. 2. Table size is 6 feet long by 3 feet wide. Total space available to each vendor is 6 feet by 6 feet. 3. LDCC reserves the right to deny a space and return payment to any vendor. 4. LDCC does not guarantee any vendor exclusivity. However, reasonable efforts will be made to ensure a wide selection of products and services are represented in the Craft N’ Tradefair. 5. Tables will be reserved for 3 business days from the date of registration to allow payment to be received. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the Early Bird rate will expire and regular pricing will apply. 6. No refunds will be issued to any vendor after 1st Friday of November. 7. A $10 administration fee will be retained by LDCC for all cancelled registrations. 8. LCDD will charge $40 for all NSF cheques. The replacement funds must be in the form of cash, certified cheque or money order and must include the NSF fees. The vendor may lose the space assigned and be treated as a new vendor. 9. Vendors must be in the Centralta Cultural Centre no later than 9am, Only one trade name business setup PER BOOKING 8. All vendors (tables, displays, products, etc.) must remain set up until 3:30pm. All vendors are to be packed up and have all items removed by 5pm. 10. NO HOME BAKED GOODS, without Alberta Heath Services approval and carrying a Food Handling Permit. Anyone wishing to sell home baked goods and hold a AHS Permit MUST register for this event no later than the 1st Friday of November.
