The flight back to your host district at the end of the tour on Satuday, July 11, 2026 is included tour price. The cost of the tour is $4,150 with a 3% surcharge if paid by credit card or PayPal. The $1,000 deposit is due by October 31, 2025 and the balance of $3,150 is due March 1, 2026.

If you filled out the Pre-App we still need you to fill out the full application here. We will be sending out deposit invoices from QuickBooks Online for the $1,000 deposit, $1,030 if paid by credit card or PayPal. The due date for the deposit is now October 31, 2025.

I agree to abide by Rotary Youth Exchange, tour, hostel, hotel, Amtrak, local and state laws, and regulations. If you break the rules, laws, regulations, including shoplifting, you could be sent home early, without tour refund and paying additional transportation expenses.

Hotels in Niagara Falls and Washington DC are two beds per room with four students of the same gender. By signing you and your parents approve of this policy. We use several HI Hostels where we book exclusive rooms for our group and everyone has their own bed.

You are responsible for getting to Los Angeles on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at your own expense. Arrival is preferably in the early afternoon.

Half of the 80 meals of the tour are covered in the price, it recommended you bring $500 to $750 for the meals on your own.
