  • Purpose & Vision

The Global Hospitality Fellows (GHF) program is a values-driven recognition and engagement model designed to cultivate leadership, mentorship, and opportunity across all sectors of the hospitality industry. Built around a scalable digital framework, GHF serves students, early-career professionals, educators, and industry leaders by offering structured pathways to grow, connect, and contribute within a global ecosystem.

The GHF program exists to identify, elevate, and connect the next generation of industry leaders—those committed to lifelong learning, service-minded leadership, and the continuous pursuit of personal, professional, and industry-wide improvement. Together, we’re reshaping hospitality for the better, with no membership or additional costs to students or industry professionals.

At its core, GHF program helps ensure that leadership is not limited by access, background, or title. Whether a student in a community college program or a seasoned executive, every Fellow and Mentor within the network is united by a shared commitment to hospitality's evolving future.

Code of Commitment: The 10 C's

At the heart of the GHF program is a values-driven model that transcends titles and resumes. The GHF Identity is not about status - it’s about standards. Every Fellow and Mentor enters the network through a shared commitment to a way of being, not just a list of accomplishments. That commitment is captured in our “10 C’s,” a living framework that shapes how we show up, connect, and contribute.

These values are more than aspirational - they are operational. They guide how we mentor, how we build community, how we tell our stories, and how we lead the next generation forward with intention and integrity.

Here’s how the 10 C’s are embedded into the fabric of the GHF experience:

    1. Character – We lead with integrity, humility, and respect.
→ Fellows practice real-world professionalism and are celebrated for leading by example.
    2. Commitment – We follow through with purpose and pride.
→ Fellows agree to a shared code, track their progress, and are recognized for consistent engagement.
    3. Community – We support each other and elevate the whole.
→ Fellows connect through shared interests, spotlight peers, and strengthen the network with every contribution.
    4. Consistency – We stay engaged and show up every day, not just once.
→ Fellows check in regularly, stay actively involved, and are recognized for sustained participation over time.
    5. Connection – We build meaningful relationships across borders and industries.
→ Fellows are paired with mentors, join global meetups, and collaborate across campuses or companies.
    6. Contribution – We add value through action.
→ Fellows co-lead events, share knowledge, and give back through volunteer efforts.
    7. Courage – We act boldly and stand by our values, even in the face of challenge.
→ Fellows step outside their comfort zones, speak up for what’s right, and embrace opportunities despite uncertainty.
    8. Creativity – We bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to our work and our world.
→ Fellows approach challenges with imagination, resourcefulness, and a willingness to experiment.
    9. Critical Thinking – We analyze challenges, evaluate options, and make informed decisions.
→ Fellows approach opportunities and problems with curiosity, logic, and creativity to drive better outcomes.
    10. Curiosity – We ask questions, explore new ideas, and stay eager to learn.
→ Fellows join webinars, dive into new sectors, and pursue optional upskilling opportunities.

These values are not theoretical; they are applied through mentorship, storytelling, career development, and community-building across the GHF platform.
