Fill this form out to enter your mac n cheese into this contest. All dishes must be delivered for set up by 11:30am to the Johnstown Area Community Center. All entries must be delivered in a disposable container with an ingredient list and be able to provide up to 50 regular servings of mac & cheese (We must have enough for everyone to try!) Cash Prizes and trophies will be awarded to the winners in the 4 categories listed below, an overall winner, and to a crowd favorite. Overall winner will be awarded $100. Each individual category will be awarded $50. Crowd Favorite will be awarded $25.
