Order Notice: All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and freshness.
Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your order. Orders are not guaranteed until payment is received.
Delivery & Pickup: Delivery fees may apply based on location. Pickup times will be arranged in advance and must be respected.
Cancellations: Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery/pickup will not be refunded. Orders canceled before 48 hours may be eligible for a credit toward future purchases.
Dietary Restrictions: While we do our best to accommodate dietary requests, all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles dairy, nuts, soy, and gluten. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Presentation: Product presentation may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability of ingredients. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made.
