IN CONSIDERATION OF the risk of injury that can occur while participating in Endlessly Connected PERMANENT Jewelry services (hereinafter the "Activity"); and IN CONSIDERATION OF my desire to participate in said Activity and being given the right to participate in same;
I HEREBY, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives (hereinafter collectively, "Releasor", "I" or "me", which terms shall also include Releasor's parents or guardian if Releasor is under 18 years of age), knowingly and voluntarily enter into this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in the Activity; and
I HEREBY release and forever discharge Endlessly Connected their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns (collectively "Endlessly Connected"), from any physical or psychological injury that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the aforementioned Activity.
I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE AFOREMENTIONED ACTIVITY AND I AM PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: PHYSICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, VISION IMPAIRMENT OR EMOTIONAL LOSS. I ASSUME ALL RELATED RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN TO ME, OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACTIVITY.
I FURTHER AGREE to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Endlessly Connected. against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs.I confirm that I have made employees of Endlessly Connectedaware of any allergies I may have that may affect my permanent jewelry wear. I understand not to look directly at the "spark" during the welding process. Doing so could severely affect my eyesight. I understand that any sudden movement could cause the welder to scratch or burn my skin. I acknowledge that I must sit still and not look directly at my permanent jewelry as it is being welded. I confirm that I am age 18 or older and am able to legally consent to participate in the Original Welded Connected Permanent Jewelry Service.
I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE that Releasees are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf of Releasees.
I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS "WAIVER AND RELEASE" AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE EMERY AND OPAL INC. AND ALL ITS AFFILIATES (MENTIONED ABOVE) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND I AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST Endlessly Connected FOR PERSONAL INJURY.

Once the chain is cut that it becomes your chain and we are unable to cut it again, please be sure that it is the correct feel for you.
Endlessly Connected Staff will check the chain and the integrity of the weld/s before you leave. Please check the weld yourself as well to be sure you are happy before leaving your appointment.
We offer a free re-weld for the life of the piece. You will know if there is a defect in the chain or if the weld is not proper within the first 72 hours. After that time defects that happen are due to wear and tear on the chain getting stuck, pulled etc. Permanent jewelry is claspless jewelry that is meant to last, but IS NOT INDESTRUCTIBLE.
CHAINS THAT DISCOLOR (or enamel that chips) ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. Due to everyone's personal body chemistry, products used, unbalanced hot tubs/pools, water with sulphur, lakes, oceans and streams can all affect the coloration of the metals. Using a tarnishing cloth will take care of this most of the time.
Metallic abrasion occurs (most common a green "ring" around where the jewelry is) when hard compounds in makeup or lotions rub off tiny metal particles from jewelry, leaving behind a smudge on skin or fabric. The metal particles appear black, greyish, or greenish, and can look like jet-black dust. It’s the most common with necklaces and anklets because they aren’t cleaned as often as our wrists because we only wash them 1-2x a day. It will rub off with a wash cloth and then be sure to clean the necklace with a jewelry cleaner or dawn and a soft toothbrush.
There is a possibility that your chain will become warm in saunas, hot tubs etc. Wrapping the chain in medical tape can help with this if it becomes too warm.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS ARISING FROM CHAIN/CHARMS/BEING INGESTED OR INHALED.
AVOID ACCESSIVE MOISTURE, CHEMICALS AND SKIN PRODUCTS ON CHAIN.
GENTLY CLEAN CHAIN WITH DISH SOAP AND A TOOTH BRUSH IF NEEDED. Professional Cleaning products are also available for purchase at our boutique/shows.
TO REMOVE, CUT THE JUMP RING AND NOT THE CHAIN ITSELF
FREE REPAIR FOR THE LIFE OF THE PIECES WE APPLY. A DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN ON REPLACEMENT PIECES NEEDED.
REPAIRS DUE TO OVER STRETCHING, YANKING, PULLING WILL NOT BE COVERED IN WARRANTY.
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE CHAIN REPAIRED OR REPLACED AS SOON AS PROBLEM ARISES.

All listed pricing is the inch pricing that will be timesed by the length cut. Sales tax for the area the services are performed will be added to each sale, as well as a 3.5% digital/credit/debit card service fee.
