Travel Masters Trip Policy Agreement
Please review, this form is required with your deposit to secure your spot.
Quotes: Prices and availability can change at any time. Prices are not final until deposit and/or final payment received.
Payments: A non-refundable deposit and this form is required to secure your spot on a trip. Travel Masters will provide the payment schedule and payment reminders. Occasionally we may need to charge a fee for credit card purchases, if this happens we will alert you prior to payment in case you want to use an alternate form of payment. Please alert us if a credit card should not be used for international payments as some payments may incur a foreign transaction fee. If payments are not received by the dates on the payment schedule, then your room/spot on the trip may be cancelled.
Entry Requirements: Each traveler is responsible for having a passport valid for 6 months beyond the dates of your trip (unless otherwise noted), 2 blank passport pages and visa, if necessary. It is the traveler’s responsibility to know the entry requirements, if you have questions about a country’s entry requirements (including but not limited to passport, visa, vaccination, tests, any other documentation) please contact us. Operators will not refund if you miss your trip due to inadequate travel documentation.
Airline: Airline tickets are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise noted. Any change requests (including name changes) will incur additional fees from the airline and Travel Masters. Schedule changes and flight cancellations are out of our control but we will work with the airline to accommodate you on a different flight if necessary. Voluntary schedule changes will incur a $25 change fee per person.
Many countries have a departure tax which may be included in your air ticket. If it is not included, the traveler is responsible for paying the departure tax.
E-Ticket Expiration: E-tickets expire 1 year after date of issue.
Membership points/miles: Travel Masters strives to get you the best pricing for air and hotel. Sometimes the rates we receive cannot accrue membership/loyalty points/miles. Please note that loyalty programs change frequently so actual points/miles earned may differ due to policy changes.
Concierge fee: We charge a concierge fee when we issue airline tickets. This fee allows us to find the best routes and prices, assign seating, keep up with schedule changes, add frequent flyer numbers, add Known Traveler info, request special meals when necessary and follow up with any other issues that come up between now and when you return from your trip.
Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Unused portions of the trip are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Travel Masters highly recommends trip insurance.
For Scubaland Group Trips: Travel Masters reserves the right to cancel a group trip if a minimum number of travelers is not met. If Travel Masters cancels a group trip due to minimum number of travelers you will receive a full refund.

Price Increases: The prices Travel Masters quotes are valid on the date of the quote but may be higher at the time of purchase due to price changes, or an increase of taxes or fees (imposed by operator, supplier, government or carrier). I understand that the airline tickets or trip packages I am purchasing are subject to supplemental price increases after the date of deposit due to additional charges imposed by a supplier or government. I acknowledge that I may be charged additional sums by Travel Masters to offset such increased fees, including fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. I hereby consent to any post-purchase price increases.

Trip Cancellation/medical insurance:
Trip cancellation/medical insurance is required by some operators and is included for Scubaland Group Trips. Travel Masters recommends purchasing trip insurance within 15 days of your deposit to maximize the benefits of your policy but you can purchase insurance up to 24 hours prior to departure. Please let us know if you would like a quote. For specific questions regarding insurance coverage please call Travel Guard directly at 800-826-1300.
A travel insurance plan can cover you for unexpected costs incurred before or during your trip so that expenses can be less likely to come out of your own pocket. A vacation insurance plan from Travel Guard helps to protect your trip investment with coverages like trip cancellation and interruption, medical expense and evacuation, lost or delayed baggage and more.
As a bonus - most travel insurance plans also include 24/7 emergency assistance services to re-book flights and hotels on your behalf and act as a personal travel assistant while you are away from home.
**Travel Masters is not authorized answer technical questions about the benefits, exclusions or conditions of the insurance products or evaluate the adequacy of your existing insurance coverage.
