FIWI PLACE — CATERING TERMS & CONDITIONS1. Deposit & PaymentA 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your event date. The remaining 50% balance must be paid 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bookings are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.2. Cancellations & RefundsCancellations made at least 14 days before the event will not incur additional charges; however, the 50% deposit remains non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may require payment of up to 50% of the total invoice.3. Guest Count & Final NumbersThe final guest count must be confirmed 7 days before the event. Changes or additions after this deadline are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. FIWI PLACE cannot guarantee that last-minute increases in guest count can be accommodated.4. Menu & Substitutions - FIWI PLACE will make every reasonable effort to provide the selected menu. In the event of seasonal availability, supplier shortages, or circumstances outside our control, suitable substitutions of equal or comparable quality may be made.5. Dietary Restrictions & AllergiesClients must inform FIWI PLACE of any known food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions at least 7 days before the event. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary requirements; however, FIWI PLACE cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.6. Service & SetupCatering services include delivery, setup, and the agreed service style (buffet, plated, canapés, etc.) as outlined in the client’s quotation. Additional charges may apply for extended service hours, additional staffing, special setup requirements, or last-minute changes.7. LiabilityFIWI PLACE is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damages resulting from the actions of the client, guests, or third-party vendors during the event.8. Acceptance of TermsBy submitting this catering form, paying the required deposit, and signing below, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to FIWI PLACE’s Catering Terms & Conditions.
