We provide Food Goodie Boxes and essential household items to seniors, students, and families facing hardship across Hampton Roads. By rescuing food and supplies that might otherwise go to waste, we not only fight hunger but also reduce landfill waste and promote sustainability. Our work is about more than meeting basic needs — it’s about restoring dignity, bringing relief, and showing love to those who often fall through the cracks.

  • Raffle Terms & Conditions

    Wealth Wellness Tax Solutions, LLC

    1. Eligibility

    • Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
    • By entering the raffle, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

    2. Donation & Entry Requirements

    • A minimum donation of $50 is required to enter the raffle.
    • Donations above $50 are encouraged and will result in additional entries, thereby increasing the participant’s chances of winning. (Example: $100 donation = 2 entries, $150 donation = 3 entries, etc.)
    • Donations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • The raffle will run on a monthly basis through January 31, 2026.
    • Each month has a designated entry deadline (the last day of the month at 11:59 PM EST).
    • Entries received after the monthly deadline will automatically roll forward to the next month’s drawing.
    • If you donate on a recurring basis, you will get an entry for each month. However, you can only win once.

    3. Prize Description

    • The raffle prize is a Free Tax Preparation Credit valued up to $250 (“Prize”).
    • The $250 credit applies only to Wealth Wellness Tax Solutions’ standard tax preparation fee.
    • The $250 credit does not cover the following:
      • Bank product fees
      • Back office fees
      • Transmission fees
      • Software fees
    • If the tax preparation fee is less than $250, no additional funds will be applied toward the excluded fees listed above, and no cash or credit refund will be issued.
    • If the tax preparation fee exceeds $250, the taxpayer is responsible for the balance due.

    4. Winner Selection & Notification

    • One (1) winner will be selected each month in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the monthly deadline.
    • Winners will be chosen on the first Saturday following the monthly entry deadline.
    • Example: Entries received by September 30, 2025 will be included in the drawing held on Saturday, October 4, 2025.
    • The final drawing will occur on the first Saturday of February 2026 for entries received by January 31, 2026.
    • The drawing will be conducted fairly and transparently by Wealth Wellness Tax Solutions.
    • Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at entry. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

    5. Marketing Consent

    • By entering the raffle, participants expressly consent to receive email and text marketing communications from Wealth Wellness Tax Solutions, LLC, where applicable.
    • Participants may opt out of such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    • Wealth Wellness Tax Solutions, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the raffle or use of the prize.
    • Wealth Wellness Tax Solutions, LLC reserves the right to disqualify entries, modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if technical failures, fraud, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the raffle.

    7. Non-Disparagement

    • By entering this raffle, participants agree not to engage in any behavior, online or offline, that may defame, disparage, or negatively impact the reputation of Wealth Wellness Tax Solutions, LLC, Johnathan Cares, their owners, employees, volunteers, or affiliates.
    • This includes but is not limited to false claims, defamatory social media posts, public complaints made in bad faith, or attempts to harm the credibility of either organization due to raffle outcomes.
    • Wealth Wellness Tax Solutions, LLC and Johnathan Cares reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies against individuals who violate this clause.

    8. Governing Law

    • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    9. Agreement

    • By participating in the raffle, the entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
