    However, teams are responsible for their own transportation

    We have limited openings for teams who qualify within one of our tournament’s three divisions: girls (age 13-18), boys (age 13-18) and coed youth (age 12 and under).

    The undersigned agrees understand and agree that:


    All players, coaches, and spectators will respect the rules of the Kamuli Iowa State University campus.


    The coach or team representative is responsible for the conduct, safety, and well-being of their players, including during travel to and from the event.
    The team representative is responsible for arranging medical attention if needed.
    Gorilla Hoops Academy, its partners, and event hosts are not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss.


    Photos, video, and livestream recordings may be taken during the event and used by Gorilla Hoops Academy for educational, promotional, and reporting purposes.


    By signing, the coach or team representative accepts responsibility on behalf of the team and affirms consent from players and/or guardians.
