And:

1. Purpose

This Agreement outlines the terms under which ELEVATING GENERATIONS LLC will provide credit education and credit repair services to the Client in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1679-1679j) and all applicable state laws.

2. Description of Services

We will review your credit reports, identify inaccurate, unverifiable, or obsolete information, and assist you with preparing and sending disputes to the credit reporting agencies and/or data furnishers.

We do not guarantee a specific outcome or score improvement, as results depend on the accuracy of information on your credit report and your own credit behavior.

3. Package & Fees

Legacy Together SALE $497 (one-time payment)

All payments are due prior to commencement of services. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law (see Right to Cancel section below).

4. Term & Duration

This Agreement begins on the date signed and will remain in effect until services under the chosen package are completed or terminated under this Agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information (ID, proof of address, Social Security number.
• Maintain an active credit monitoring subscription and provide access to your reports.
• Respond promptly to any communications requiring your action.

6. Company Responsibilities

We agree to:

• Act in good faith and in compliance with federal and state credit repair laws.
• Provide regular updates on dispute progress.
• Keep your information confidential and secure.

7. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Federal law requires us to inform you that: "We cannot remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from your credit report. No one can guarantee results or that credit scores will improve by a specific number of points."

8. Right to Cancel (3-Day Notice)

You have the right to cancel this contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you sign this contract.

Your notice must be postmarked or emailed before midnight of the third business day.

9. Limitation of Liability

ELEVATING GENERATIONS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid under this Agreement.

10. Governing Law 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.

12. Acknowledgment & Signature

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement and have received a copy.
