Remove all bags and items from counter top.
Unscrew front plate of the chute. Do not lose these screw, they are expensive to replace and we have a limited quantity.
Make sure the lights from the heated bulbs are off.
Remove any crumbs from the chutes.
Sanatize and wipe the chute.
Remember to wipe the top of the chute as well, where the special salads are placed.
Wipe the dividers for the chute.
Now that the chute is cleaned, may be reassemble all parts.
Remove the fry catcher and discard any items inside.
Take the catcher to be washed.
Wipe counter top again and underneath the chute.
Wipe the fry chute for any crumbs.
Discard any leftover fries.
Sanatize and wipe both salad fridges.
Stock all dressings, salad condiments and bags.
Take out all items used for breakfast out to help prepare.
