DIET LEMONADE IS CLEANED DAILY
All Machines are cleaned (Wedsendays and Saturdays)
Turn beverage dispenser off at end of day.
Drain product from dispensers at end of day.
Rinse bowls with warm water.
Remove plunger and dispensing lever.
Remove the bowl from the machine by pressing both latches labeled “Push” on the front of the machine. Lift the front of the bowl upward and forward to disjoin from back latches.
Remove gaskets and mixing impellers.
Remove drip tray.
Take removable parts of beverage dispenser to compartment sink and wash, rinse, sanitize, and air-dry.
Clean all external surfaces of dispenser base. (front,side and back panels)
Once cleaned, reassemble all parts and refill according to the day of the week.
