Once the DT is clear of cars,
Turn off the canopy light, fan, and switch the menu lights off.
Make sure the door is closed and locked properly.
Turn off the DT fan using the panel behind the soda tower.
Clean the door, both interior and exterior.
Take all clear bins to be washed.
Wipe down the counter and silver table.
Restock all sauces,utensiles, straws, napkins, creamers, sugars, and any other items used for breakfast.
Restock any boxes that are low/empty inside cabinets.
Sanitize and wipe POS screen, Bumpbar, and monitor.
