1. Booking Policy
   • Orders must be placed a minimum of 3 days in advance, depending on the size and complexity of the order.
   • Dates are not secured until a payment is received.
   • Rush orders may be accepted (subject to availability) and may incur an extra fee of $25.
2. Payment Policy
   
   • Final balance is due upon receipt of invoice.
   • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card via Paypal, PayPal, and Cash App.
   • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your order.
3. Cancellation Policy
   • Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or text message).
   • Payments are non-refundable.
   • If we must cancel due to illness or emergency, you will receive a full refund.
4. Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer
   • All products are made in a kitchen that handles allergens, including (but not limited to): Gluten, Eggs, Dairy, Nuts, Soy.
   • We cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.
5. Design & Customization Policy
   • Custom designs are welcome. Provide clear inspiration (photos, color schemes, themes).
   • We reserve the right to make slight adjustments to designs for practicality or product availability.
   • Exact color matches are not guaranteed due to variations in edible materials.
6. Collection & Delivery Policy
   • Collection is from Atmore, Al. at a pre-agreed time.
   • Clients must inspect their order upon receipt. Once collected, the item becomes the client’s responsibility.
     
   • We are not liable for damage during transport if the item was collected.
7. Storage & Consumption Policy
   • Cakes and treats should be stored in a cool, dry place.
   • Avoid refrigeration unless instructed (some decorations may be affected).
8. Photography & Social Media
   • We reserve the right to take photos of your order and use them for marketing.
     
   • If you prefer your product not be photographed, please let us know in advance.

9. Returns & Complaints Policy
   • Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
   • If you are unhappy with your order, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
   • You must provide photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess and determine if a partial refund, credit, or remake is appropriate.
   • Taste is subjective – we do not offer refunds for flavor preferences.
10. Weather and Outdoor Events
    • We are not responsible for cakes or treats left outside or exposed to heat, rain, wind, or insects.
    • For outdoor events, please plan accordingly with shaded or climate-controlled areas.

PICK UP TIME IS MONDAY-SUNDAY 12PM-5PM.
