Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver medical supplies and other contracted items according to route assignments.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining professional customer service.
Handle packages with care and follow any client-specific delivery instructions.
Maintain communication with CT Enterprise dispatch or management regarding route updates, delays, or issues.
Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality requirements when handling medical-related deliveries.
Keep accurate delivery logs, proof of delivery, and other required documentation.
Maintain your own vehicle in safe working condition to ensure reliability.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Reliable, insured vehicle required (accepted vehicles include car, SUV, van, transit van, or box truck).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle packages of various sizes.
Smartphone with data plan for route navigation and communication.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
Previous delivery, courier, or medical supply delivery experience preferred but not required.
Willingness to comply with medical courier standards, including handling biohazard-labeled items safely.
Must pass a background check and (if required by client) drug screening.
Compensation:
Contractors are paid weekly or biweekly per completed route or delivery depending on contract.
Earnings vary depending on route availability, distance, and contract terms.
Contractors are responsible for their own expenses (gas, maintenance, insurance, taxes, etc.).
Earning potential ranges from $500 – $1,500 weekly, depending on route availability, contract terms, and vehicle type.
Opportunities available for both part-time and full-time contractors.
Preferred Certifications/Training (a plus, not required):
HIPAA Awareness Training (patient privacy compliance).
OSHA Safety Training (safe handling of packages, infection control basics).
Bloodborne Pathogens Certification (if transporting specimens).
Chain of Custody Documentation Training (for labs and specimen transport).
Defensive Driving or DOT Medical Card (for larger vehicles or longer routes).

This is an independent contractor role.
Routes are assigned based on availability and accepted contracts.
Contractors have flexibility to accept or decline available routes.
