Welcome to the Warriors of the Wind Teddy Bear Ride! Join us for a heartwarming event that not only celebrates the spirit of motorcycling but also brings joy to the children at Valley Children's Hospital. Each participant will receive a special teddy bear at registration, who will join you on the ~40 mile trip to Valley Children's Hospital. Upon arrival, riders will be asked to take a photo with their companion bear, before it will be collected and passed on and presented to a child in care. Registration packet includes: a commemorative patch to cherish your experience, and a lunch voucher to refuel after our ride!

Registration Details:

- Time: 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM
- Cost: $30 per person 

Schedule:
- Refreshments inside sanctuary during registration
- Prayer Service: 9:30 AM
- Kick Stands Up: 10:00 AM

We'll arrive at Valley Children's Hospital by 11:15 AM for staging. A grand parade will bring smiles to the children's faces as we ride into the parking lot, creating a fun and uplifting atmosphere. Riders are encouraged to come to the promenade area where 4 motorcycles will be staged for the kids, but only care givers and parents/guardians will be allowed to photograph the children. 

A food vendor will be at the end of the parade (in the parking lot). Riders are encouraged to interact with kids after dismounting and removing bears from their vehicle.

Caregivers will ensure that each child receives their teddy bear at the end of the ride.

Waiver of Liability

By participating in the Warriors of the Wind Teddy Bear Ride, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Insurance and Registration: All participants are solely responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage and ensuring that their vehicles or motorcycles are properly registered and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Safety: Each participant is responsible for their own safety during the ride. It is expected that all participants will exercise caution, follow traffic laws, and operate their vehicles/motorcycles in a responsible manner throughout the event.

3. Assumption of Risk: By voluntarily participating in this event, participants acknowledge and understand that there are inherent risks associated with scheduled activities, including but not limited to accidents, property damage, personal injury, loss, or even death. Participants assume all risks and hazards that may arise during the event.

4. Release of Liability: Warriors of the Wind, its organizers, sponsors, hosts, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from or related to the Teddy Bear Ride, including but not limited to accidents, theft, property damage, bodily harm, or any other unforeseen incidents that may occur throughout the event.

5. Voluntary Participation: Participation in the event is fully voluntary. You have the freedom to choose whether to participate and may withdraw from the event at any time. Participants who withdraw will not receive a refund or credit.

6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Warriors of the Wind, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, hosts, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your participation in this event.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and understand the contents of this waiver of liability, and you agree to all terms and conditions.
