YOUTH LEAGUE BOWLER APPLICATION

I WANT TO JOIN A YOUTH LEAGUE! (Ages 4-17)
The Dragon Youth League will be held on Saturday mornings at 10am. This session we are allowing adults/parents to bowl. JOIN ANYTIME. The next session starting May 16 will be youth only.
- Youth must be aged 4-17 prior to the joining the league
- An annual registration fee of $25 will be required at the start of the league. The fee includes USBC Youth membership, an AVB t-shirt, free coupons for bowling and discounts for bowling equipment
- League bowling is 3 games each week
- Each session is 16 weeks
- Weekly league fees - $15 per person
- Trophies and scholarships will be awarded at the end of each session
- Current session only: Adults will need to purchase Greater LA County USBC membership for $30
