ScootOKC Liability Waiver & Release of ClaimsBy signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree that riding a scooter involves inherent risks, including but not limited to collisions, falls, road hazards, weather conditions, and traffic. These risks may result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death.I freely assume all risks associated with the use of ScootOKC scooters, tours, and services.
