As a large group that continues to grow we understand that individuals might have some personal issues with other players or old friends that may make them uncomfortable and they no longer associate with. Awareness of this allows us to safely discuss and be mindful of who we are inviting in the future.

Trusted staff members who will handle these online documents will not mistreat these forms and breach privacy - as part of staff rules - breaking these will result in consequences.
