Filling out this form will register you for a holiday photo session taking place between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM. Each form submission reserves one 15-minute session, which includes: 5 digital image files, an online gallery. The option to purchase additional images for $10 + tax. The session fee is $115 + tax, totaling $129.95 Payment will be due a few days before the session. No deposit is required. You will be assigned a time slot after submitting the form.
