Thank you for your time and interest in becoming a Dealer with Mill Property Antiques by submitting this application.

We rent space on a monthly basis. Rent is per booth space plus a 10% commission on all sales. Booth sales and sales tax is paid out on a bi-weekly basis to Dealers with detailed reporting, and Dealers receive daily emails with sales updates.

We are open 7 days a week, minus scheduled holidays, and credit cards sales are processed at no expense to the Dealer. We have a quarterly events schedule that Dealers receive which informs them of upcoming events at Mill Property Antiques.

Dealers are selected by Management using a “juried” system. Your application must include photos (photo upload below) of either a current space or of items you would be selling.

Booths must be kept clean and in order. As a Dealer, you are responsible for pricing all items and keeping your booth updated.

Mill Property Antiques is an antique co-operative. Dealers aid in the operation of the co-op by serving as customer support in the store 2 days per month for the first rented booth. Each additional rented booth requires 1 additional floor day per month.

We look for Dealers who sell antique, vintage, collectible, handmade, upcycled, artistic & repurposed items. We do not accept vendors selling modern clothing or items “just to clean out the house”.

For more than 40 years, Mill Property Antiques has excelled in PA Dutch Country by showcasing Dealers who are driven and dedicated to this style of business and treat their booth as a full or part-time job. We have found that successful Dealers update their booth a minimum of once a week.

We review all applications and photos thoroughly and keep them on file for six (6) months.
