The Sweet Experience Order Form

Please note: A week notice is required for all orders. Orders with edible images and custom toppers require 2 weeks advance notice. Rush orders outside of the required timeframe incur a $50 rush charge and is taken at the bakers discretion.

All orders require a 50% deposit to secure your order. Deposits are non-refundable. The remainder of the order is due 3 days prior to the due date. Once the order confirmation form has been sent to you and signed, a secure payment link will be sent to you for payment.

All orders are for pickup unless delivery is specified in the order form. Deliveries incur an additional charge based on mileage.

Once order form is submitted, please allow 24-48 hours for a response/order confirmation form. Please provide your email for the form to be emailed to you for validation and signature.
