        • SKI BUS CONTRACT

.1 I will be respectful of neighbors by keeping my voice and noise levels down while boarding the bus in the early morning.

.1 I understand NO ONE else is liable for personal injury on the bus or on the mountain.

.1 I understand NO ONE else is liable for lost, damaged, or stolen property, personal belongings or equipment on the bus or on the mountain.

.1 I understand that I will not smoke, chew, or in any way use tobacco or nicotine, alcohol or drugs on the bus or anywhere in the ski resort. If I do, my parents will be notified and I will lose the privilege of riding the bus, with no refunds.

.1 I understand that if I eat or drink on the bus, I will be solely responsible for cleaning up after myself. If I am asked to assist in the cleanup, I will gladly help the chaperones. If I do not clean up after myself, I may be responsible for a cleaning fee assessed by the bus company.

.1 I understand that any audio output (music, games, videos, etc) is permitted on the bus with HEADPHONES only.

.1 I understand that the bus will leave Prep promptly at 7 am and leave the mountain promptly at 4 pm. If the bus must wait for me on the mountain, I will pay the extra charge for delay by the charter company. If I do not arrive at the bus by the departure time, I may be left behind.

.1 I understand that if I plan to return from the mountain separately from the bus, I must provide a permission note from my parents advising the chaperones prior to departure from Prep.

.1 I understand that unused bus rides are non-transferable and non-refundable.

.1 I understand that if I am a problem either on the bus or on the mountain, I will lose the privilege of riding the bus without a refund. Decisions by the bus coordinator will be final.

.1 I understand that if I am hurt or injured on the mountain, the Ski Patrol may assist me. Calling my parents will be my sole responsibility and not that of the chaperones. Chaperones expect to be notified of any injury or delay and will provide contact information at the start of each day.
