  • 2026 SEPARC Annual Meeting

    Please register for our annual meeting below! The Rescheduled SEPARC 2026 meeting will be held at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly in Black Mountain, North Carolina from September 17th - 20th, 2026! The meeting will feature oral and poster presentations, working groups, workshops, a silent auction, socials, and more! Please note that registration will close approximately two weeks ahead of the meeting on September 1st or once we have reached capacity so please ensure you register as soon as you can.
  • Are you a student or early career professional that would like to attend the "Early Professional Career Development Workshop and Networking Event" on Thursday evening. This event is open to students and early-career professionals with less than two years of experience. It offers a chance to connect with fellow early-career SEPARC attendees, and network with senior-level professionals. It will also feature a workshop lead by SEPARC Steering Commitee members about how to get a job in natural resources.*
  • Would you be willing to serve as a judge for presentations considered for our student and early career professional awards (note: students and early career professionals entering this competition may not serve as judges). This year we will have a random drawing for SEPARC swag! In order to be in the drawing, you must complete your judging assignment.*
  • If you answered yes to being a judge are there specific days that you plan to NOT attend SEPARC?

  • In order to attend in-person we must have a Participant Agreement Form on file for you. Click here to complete it now.*

  • All meals and socials Thursday - Sunday morning of the meeting will be covered in your registration fee. Do you have any dietary needs, restrictions, or preferences that we should know in order to try and accommodate your meal needs? We will do our best to accommodate everyone, but some venues have limited options that may not meet your needs.

  • In order to get an accurate head count for meals, please let us know which meals you would like to partake in:

  • To ensure ample amounts of supplies, please let us know if you are interested in participating in the alternative craft night social.
  • Do you plan on attending one of the workshops on Sunday morning (9am - 12pm) and if so, which one are you likely to attend. Note that space is limited so please only select one if you plan on attending

  • Meeting Registration Cost

    Regular Registration is $200 for students/early career professionals and $300 for non-students.

    NOTE:

         - We will not be able to accept registration on site at the meeting.

         - The last day to register for the 2026 SEPARC Annual Meeting is September 1st, 2026.

         - Registration refunds will not be issued after September 1st, 2026, as our payment to the venue will have been paid in full and is nonrefundable.
