Please Review the following policies that you will adhere to.
· Please use discretion with decorations that may frighten young children. No toy weapons, guns, knives, open flames, fireworks, flammable materials, etc.
· Vehicles must remain turned off for the duration of the event and cannot be left unattended. Participating vehicles are NOT allowed to leave until the event concludes. No vehicles are permitted in the booth setup area.
· All vehicles and booths must be set up and ready to welcome participants by 12:30 p.m. If you are unable to arrive during the setup time, you will be denied entry. Electrical support will not be available, so please plan accordingly. All cords must be covered.
· Participants are responsible for cleaning up their area before leaving the event.
· No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises.
· Participants must provide their own candy for distribution. All candy must be prepackaged and individually wrapped; homemade treats are not permitted. Please distribute no more than 1-2 pieces of candy per child to avoid running out.
· Businesses are welcome to display a sign advertising their services; however, sales of any kind are not permitted.
· Each registration allows for one vehicle and/or booth. Tables and chairs will not be provided. The space allocated for each vehicle and booth is approximately 10x10 feet
