These classes are often described as "The class I didnt even know I needed!!"
In person and zoom are both equally effective. Attending regular classes is a different experience than "one off" experiences. Like brushing your teeth occasionally vs taking care of your teeth everyday. You may not see results right away but there are lasting and long term positive effects when you put breathwork and somatic movement into your regular routine and everyday life. Regular classes would provide you with more tools to use on your own at home as well.
