November 7-9, 2025. Our official start time is 7:30 pm on Friday, but arrival time is flexible. If you'd like to come earlier in the day to enjoy the activities at Riverbend before the opening session, you're welcome to do so! Check-in starts at 3pm, and we'll have an optional dinner at 6pm. We'll return to Irving around 12pm Sunday. We recognize with work and family schedules, you may need to come late or leave early - we understand! Please come for what you can.
Location and Lodging

Riverbend Retreat Center: 1232 County Rd. 411 B, Glen Rose, TX 76043. We are staying in Rock Creek Lodge, which has hotel-style rooms. Each room has a 3-person occupancy (one queen and two twin beds). Linens and toiletries are provided.
Transportation

You are welcome to drive on your own or carpool. We'll do our best to arrange carpools according to preferred departure time, but you're also welcome to make your own carpool arrangements if you'd prefer. (Note: for those carpooling, please be willing to chip in $10 for gas). The first session starts at 7:30 pm.

Activities

Riverbend offers a variety of activities we can enjoy together: hiking, fishing, frisbee golf, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, etc. We will also have a campfire on Friday night. Please bring clothes and gear accordingly!
Food

We'll eat our meals at the Riverbend cafeteria, but will have a snack bar in our meeting room available throughout the weekend. Feel free to bring a snack to share. Coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks will also be available all day in the meeting room.

Registration Fee: $150

Includes 4 meals (breakfast Saturday thru breakfast Sunday), lodging, and activities. There are three options for payment - please indicate below. Cash or check can be placed in the offering box at CBC or mailed to Community Bible Church: 2301 Texas Drive, Irving, TX 75062. *Please submit payment by November 2nd.
